We offer twenty 24 hour service if needed and hours in accordance to each service user’s specific needs and care plan. Our services are designed based on the wider determinants of clients’ health to meet the strategic vision of the Mental Health Direction of Service by the Derby City Council and NHS Southern Derbyshire CCG in order to deliver a service where we support individuals to recognise factors that contribute to good health in general and take necessary actions.  Our model is a dynamic, person-centred and bespoke service that provides flexible, personalised, targeted and community based support.  Our services have been developed based on five core elements: Housing, Balanced Diet, Personal hygiene, Community Partnerships and Recreational Activities.

Our supported living service is designed to allow people across the United Kingdom to live with a greater level of independence. At our day centres, you will have your own personalised plan of activities, which reflect your interests and preferences. We also offer support with daily living skills such as cooking, healthy eating, medication administration, managing correspondences, gardening, budgeting, shopping, personal hygiene,  cleaning, essential medical appointments, using public transport, recreational activities such as swimming, chair yoga, table tennis, football matches, walks, picnic, dominos, scrabble, bingo just to mention a few.

Day Trips or Short Breaks

We offer a range of short breaks including during the day or evenings, weekends and Longer Planned Holidays away from home.

Our supported living service is designed to allow people to live with a greater level of independence. Day trips are organised to touristic sites such as Lake District, The DEEP in Hull, Skegness, West Midland Safari, Carsington Water or to other towns and cities in the United Kingdom or abroad upon request from residents.
