Services We Offer

We offer Supported Living Accommodation, Personal Assistance (PA) and Respite Services as needed. Bespoke hours are offered in accordance to each service user’s specific needs and care plan which may be up to 24hours.

We deliver our services based on the wider determinants of health to meet the strategic vision of the Mental Health Direction of Service in Derby. Individuals are supported to recognise factors that contribute to good health in order to make informed decisions. Our model is a dynamic, person centred and bespoke one that provides flexible, targeted and community-based support.  Our services have been developed based on five core elements: Housing, Balanced Diet, Lifestyle, Community Partnerships and Recreational Activities.

At our day centres, you will have your own personalised plan of activities, which reflect your interests and preferences. We also offer support with daily living skills such as cooking, healthy eating, medication administration, managing correspondences, gardening, budgeting, shopping, personal hygiene, cleaning, essential medical appointments, using public transport, recreational activities such as swimming, chair yoga, table tennis, football matches, walks, picnic, dominos, scrabble, bingo just to mention a few.

Day Centre

Our supported living service is designed to allow people across the United Kingdom to live with a greater level of independence. At our day centres, you will have your own personalised plan of activities, which reflect your interests and preferences. We also offer support with daily living skills such as cooking, healthy eating, medication administration, managing correspondences, gardening, budgeting, shopping, personal hygiene,  cleaning, essential medical appointments, using public transport, recreational activities such as swimming, chair yoga, table tennis, football matches, walks, picnic, dominos, scrabble, bingo just to mention a few.

Day Trips or Short Breaks

We offer a range of short breaks including during the day or evenings, weekends and longer planned holidays away from home.

The service is designed to allow people to live with a greater level of independence. Day trips are organised to touristic sites such as Lake District, Skegness, West Midland Safari, Carsington Water, The DEEP (Aquarium) in Hull or to other towns and cities in the United Kingdom or abroad upon request.

Residents’ Group and Entertainment

Social events and garden parties are organised throughout the year and visitors as well as relatives are regularly encouraged to attain all events.  A daily exercise programme is being offered, a variety of entertainment are regularly organised and a vicar or a priest visit the home upon request.
